woke up really early today for tournament at Changi Naval Base. this really reminds me of the time we had beach touch. anyway reached our destination the earliest compared to other teams. we had JC, Uni and polys from all around Singapore gathered there for contact & touch rugby. really cool.
our guys game starts at 2pm and so yeahh we rotted from around 730am till then for our game. we watched the contact match and damn its hell lotsa fun to take people down and to step pass people. i wanna play contact but i dont wanna suffer so much injuries. :( we watched the girls game too and it was really nice to see them winning most of the games.
anyway time flies and soon was our first game against SIM. our table had SIM, RP "b" and us of cos. well, we won SIM from a "Dummy half scoop" and try. yayness. we thought it was going to be a draw. met RP in the next round and we lost 3-0 i think. damn steppy and fast. ROARSS. being 2nd on our table we met SP next and it was hell exciting game cos it was a close fight. we were down 2-0 at first from a few mistakes and soon we caught up to 2-2. proceed to sudden death round where a player will be dropped at a certain time interval. soon was down to 3 players at each side. hao scooped and aloy and i had to shake off our defenders to score that try. one of the SP players was tugging on my tee and i heard from my team mates that he let go and i managed to score that try without being touched. conclusoin was we WON SP. hee. went to finals to meet the same RP "b" team again and lost 3-0 again! siannn!! it was suppose to be 1-0 actually if not for the ref who gave the 2 other points which wasnt counted.
BOTH GUYS AND GIRLS WERE 2nd in the tournament. WHOOO. HOORAY!
suffering from sunburn now and im red like a lobster. :P
time to catch up with my sleep! ciaossss.
