MERRY CHRISTMAS PEEPS!

spent a few minutes mass sending testimonials to people on friendster. kinda budget but still its the thought right? just realised how many friends i havent been keeping in contact with. sighh. friends come and go dont they. it isint possible to keep in contact with everyone. ROARS.

having a family gathering today at my place. going to be crowded but at least theres good food! whoo.

yesterdays physical was really exhuasting. imagine having to sprint up slopes 30 times. after all the hard work, time for some dipping in coolers filled with ice! seriously you should try that after physical. WHOO.
